RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Thank you for your purchase with CampdraftAus, we hope you are satisfied with your order. In the instance that you may need to return an item you may return your order for a refund, exchange of item or store credit. Please see our return policy and process outlined below.

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day your items are delivered. If 30 days have passed since receiving your purchase through our tracking information, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in original condition (unmarked) with all tags/labels attached. Once we receive the returned item, we will assess it's condition and notify you of approval for refund, exchange or store credit.

How to submit a Return

If you want to return an item, please contact us by email at hello@campdraftaus.com. Once we have replied to your return enquiry, secure your item in a neat & tidy condition in an appropriate mail satchel and mail to the following address:

Please note, you are responsible for any associated return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable method of return shipment and can not process or accept liability for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow time for the refund to be processed back to your credit card / bank account, there can be delays with banks processing and posting refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

In the event you receive your item and need to exchange for an alternative size / change of mind, please contact hello@campdraftaus.com with the details of items to be exchanged & reasons for exchange. Upon approval, please follow the above returns process. New items will be posted out once items for exchange have been inspected & approved.

Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately all gift cards and clearance items cannot be refunded

Faulty / Incorrect Items

In the rare instance where you may have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us directly at hello@campdraftaus.com before proceeding with the return. Faulty or damaged items will need to be returned in an otherwise original condition. Once we have received the item we will assess the fault and approve a refund, exchange or store credit. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, incorrect use or incorrectly washed, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.

Sale Items
  • Where items have been purchase on sale, we will refund/exchange an incorrect size or faulty item unless specified in the conditions of sale (e.g. Hanger Sale, Seconds Sale). Please note, we will not refund sale items due to change of mind.
  • When an item has been purchased at full price and requires a refund/exchange for incorrect size or faulty item during a sale period, you may request an exchange for sale items to the value of your original purchase (not including any shipping costs). If multiple sale items are selected above the original purchase price, you will receive an invoice to pay the balance before items are sent.
